By placing an order with Maison Mollie, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not place an order or use our products.

- Company: Maison Mollie, a Belgian company manufacturing and selling cushions for dogs.
- Customer: The individual or business placing an order with Maison Mollie.
- Products: Cushions for dogs manufactured and sold by Maison Mollie.
- B2B: Business to Business transactions.
- B2C: Business to Consumer transactions.
2. Payments
- All payments must be made upfront. Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment has been received.
- Payments can only be made via the payment methods specified on our web shop.
3. No-Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our products being used by pets, we cannot accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers and their pets.
- This no-return policy is justified on the grounds of hygiene and health regulations, as products used by animals cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
- In case of issues with size or color, please contact us by sending an email to hello@maisonmollie.com. We will do our best to address any concerns and find a suitable resolution.
4. Orders
- Orders can be placed through our web shop or partner portal for B2B customers.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified without the consent of Maison Mollie.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified during the checkout process.
- Maison Mollie is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by external factors such as customs, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Warranty and Liability
- Maison Mollie guarantees that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by the pet’s use, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
- Maison Mollie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions, or the purchase and use of our products, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Antwerp, Belgium.
- Belgian law will apply to these terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them.

- Maison Mollie reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
